4.3 Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any other authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bv8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.4 Unauthorised Access: If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, or you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bv8888 support immediately at [email protected]. Failure to report promptly may affect our ability to assist you.
4.5 Account Currency: Your account currency is set at the time of registration. Where transactions are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), exchange rates and conversion mechanics are determined by the operator's cashier system. Always verify the currency displayed in the cashier before confirming any transaction.
5.1 bv8888 is required to verify the identity and age of its users as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations and responsible gambling framework. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the Platform requesting and processing identity documentation as part of this process.
5.2 KYC verification will typically be required before the processing of any withdrawal request. The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration, upon reaching transaction thresholds, or where suspicious activity is identified.
5.3 Accepted Documents (for Pakistani Users): Acceptable primary identity documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid international passport. Proof of address documents and selfie/liveness checks may also be required. The Platform will specify its current requirements at the time of the verification request.
5.4 Document Submission: You must submit documentation only through the Platform's designated secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, chat applications or social media channels. bv8888 will not be liable for any compromise of documents submitted through insecure channels at the User's own initiative.
Document Integrity: You must never alter, obscure, crop, digitally manipulate or falsify any identity document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform's current cashier. Available methods are subject to change. Payment methods may include bank transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrency options. Familiar payment services referenced for Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfers, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are contextual references only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with the Platform.
6.2 All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where the Platform identifies that deposited funds originate from a third-party account, it reserves the right to reverse the transaction and conduct a full account review.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. The Platform reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.
6.4 Deposited funds are held in accordance with the operator's player fund protection policy. The Platform does not guarantee any particular level of player fund segregation beyond what is required by its licensing conditions.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the User: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any cleared Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
11.4 Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. 14.2 bv8888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
14.3 The Platform is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, server downtime or other interruptions that may affect your ability to place bets or access your account. Where a technical failure results in an unresolved open bet, the Platform will attempt to settle the bet in accordance with its published settlement procedures.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Platform's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
